Will the Blossom Spirits interfere with medications I am taking?
No, I have not found any research or heard any anecdotes where people have had an issue with taking these. If you do feel you are having some kind of reaction to this stop taking it immediately and if necessary seek medical attention.
How do I take Blossom Spirits?
Generally, I have clients take 2-4 droppers per day under the tongue or in a glass of water for the first two weeks, then just 1 dropper per day. Note: a dropper is one squeeze of the rubber bulb on the dropper tube.
How long will a bottle last?
You receive a two-ounce bottle which usually lasts 6-8 weeks if taking as directed.
Is there an alternative to Brandy as a preservative?
Yes, Blossom Spirits can be made with organic vegetable glycerin as a preservative for those who have a sensitivity to alcohol. There are only about 18-20 drops of brandy in a 2-ounce bottle, but the mother tinctures that I use have brandy as well.
Do I have to take it every day?
It is highly recommended that you do take as directed until the bottle is empty, otherwise, you will not get the results you want.
How long do I need to take it?
That will depend on how long you have had the issue, you could feel better in 2 months or it could be 6 months or more it all depends on many unknown factors.
Is there a risk in taking this for a long time?
None that I have found through working with my clients or in anything I have read from other practitioners.
Can I take more than one Blossom Spirits remedy at a time?
No! We are dealing with emotions here people! Working on emotions that may have been stuffed down inside for your entire life! It takes time and compassion for yourself to let the healing happen gently. Besides each Blossom Spirits blend has several individual flower essences to support this process.
How long can I take Blossom Spirits?
The simple answer is for as long as you need them. The complex answer is that it will depend on what you are trying to heal or for example, if you have stressors at work that you can not change, you can take it for as long as you need to. If you are working on old emotions it could take several months of working with the same blend to feel good again. Look, whatever issue you are dealing with didn’t happen overnight, even grief can be from a childhood trauma and will take time to heal, cut yourself some slack.
Can I get a customized blend for my specific situation?
ABSOLUTELY! When you click on the Our Shop button at the top of the page it will direct you to my Etsy shop, where you can order a custom blend. It does take longer because I email you a questionnaire for you to send back to me so I have an idea of where to start. Once I have that, we schedule a time for a phone call which can be done via Skype as well. Then after the consultation, I spend time researching the flowers that I feel you need to match what you are trying to deal with. Depending on my schedule this could happen over a couple of days, then I will mix it and get it ready to ship out to you. I send everything by first class mail which takes about 5 days for you to receive, depending on where you live.
Are you a doctor?
No, I am not, nor will I ever tell you to stop or start taking any medications. I will refer you to your own doctor.
How did you get your training?
I learned about flower essences in a class I took back in massage school and have used them for myself, friends and family ever since. I use both knowledge and intuition to create these blends for you. I have been doing this since 2003.
What exactly are Blossom Spirits?
Flower essences are based on the amazing work of Dr. Edward Bach who found that a flower essence works on the emotional level. He studied and created 38 flower essences before his death in 1938. There is a company in California, Flower Essence Society, that has expanded on the work of Dr. Bach and they now have over 140 flower essences available.
Are these safe to take?
Yes, they are perfectly safe, even for children. However, you may want to use the glycerin as the preservative for them.
